These two are something special. This whole day was filled with beauty and love, I was so lucky to be a small part of it. When they first told me about the idea of a “Day of the Dead” theme, I got really excited! It is not everyday where I get to photograph a wedding with a theme, and it was a really fun experience. All of Kristin’s details were DIY, and I was swooning every corner I looked (I know I shared a LOT of detail photos below, I couldn’t help it). Also, this venue was perfect for their wedding! I have been to the Round Corner Cantina for drinks and taco’s before, but never for a wedding. This venue truly made their wedding one of a kind.
They decided to have their ceremony after the sun had set, when we chatted about it Kristin and I decided to use more of the provided light rather than blasting them with flash. I thought the final images looked pretty cool and romantic, and again, perfect with their theme.
Congrats Kristin and Jon! <3 you guys!

Great capture. Love the feel of the photos. Awesome red dress.
What a stunning dress on her! Really neat venue and love the emotional shots at their ceremony.
This is one unusual wedding theme! And you are right, the night images without flash = awesomeness.
I love this wedding. It looks like it was so much fun! And we dress, oh my goodness! Awesome work!
